At Chrisraw, we stand behind everything we make. If something isn't right, we want to fix it — quickly and without hassle.
Our 30-Day Guarantee
We offer a 30-day return and exchange window from the date you receive your order. If you're not satisfied for any reason, contact us and we'll make it right.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition with tags attached
- Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
How to Start a Return or Exchange
Email us at support@chrisraw.com with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you'd like to return or exchange
- Reason for return (and your preferred size/design if exchanging)
We'll respond within 12 hours with next steps. Simple as that.
Damaged, Defective or Wrong Item
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered — that's entirely on us and we'll fix it immediately.
Email us at support@chrisraw.com with a photo of the item and your order number. We will either:
- Send a replacement at no cost to you, or
- Issue a full refund — your choice
You do not need to return the item in these cases.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued within 1–2 business days to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account depending on your bank or card provider.
Refunds are issued for the item price only. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Cancellations
Need to cancel or change your order? Contact us at support@chrisraw.com within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, your order enters production and we are unable to make changes or cancellations.
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items returned after 30 days from delivery
- Items marked as final sale
