Chrisraw LLC has been an industry leader maintaining a 99.5% customer satisfaction rate. We are a passionate team of 100+ strong craftspeople with innovative production processes and equipment that allow us to deliver the highest embroidery quality possible.
Nobody’s perfect, though we always strive to be. In the rare case that we make a mistake, we want you to have a worry-free experience. Notify us within 3 days of receiving your order, and we’ll take care of you.
Our Do-It-Right Guarantee makes it quick and easy:

If your order contains items that are embroidered materially different than your final design or on incorrect products, we will reproduce those incorrect pieces for you or issue a full or partial refund according to your request.

If for any reason we try and are unable to re-embroider those pieces correctly, we will refund you for those pieces. Your refund will be issued within 1-2 days after we receive your item(s).
CANCELLATIONS
Since your personalized items are one-of-a-kind and made just for you, we only accept modifications or cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, the order will be in production, and we will be unable to make any changes or cancellations.
All refunds will be credited for the original amount paid, minus shipping fees and discounts on personalized items, except in the case of an incorrect shipment. Once your return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email. Please note that it may take an additional 7-10 business days from the date you receive this email for the funds to be available in your account, and it may take an additional billing cycle to see the funds on your billing statement.
