At Chrisraw, we want you to love what you wear. Every item is made-to-order using premium fabrics and high-quality printing techniques. Because each piece is crafted specifically for you, please review the following policy carefully before placing your order.

Our Guarantee

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was shown on our website, we will replace it at no cost or issue a full refund — your choice. Simply contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

How to Request a Return or Replacement

  1. Email us at support@chrisraw.com within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number and photos of the issue.
  3. Our team will respond within 24 hours with a resolution.

Refund Processing

Once your return request is approved, your refund will be issued within 3-5 business days. Please allow an additional 5-10 business days for the funds to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.

What We Cannot Accept

Because each item is made-to-order and printed specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns for:

  • Change of mind or personal preference
  • Incorrect size selected by the customer (please refer to our Size Chart before ordering)
  • Minor color variations due to screen display differences

Order Cancellations

We accept cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. After this window, production may have already started and we will be unable to cancel or modify your order.
