🛍️ ORDERING

What currency are prices listed in? All prices are in US Dollars (USD). Your bank will automatically convert to your local currency at checkout.

What payment methods do you accept? We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it? Yes — but only within the same day before 11:00 PM PDT. After that, your order goes into production and changes are no longer possible. Email us immediately at support@chrisraw.com if you need to make a change.


👕 PRODUCT & SIZING

What are your shirts made of? Our Hawaiian shirts are made from lightweight, breathable fabric designed for comfort in warm weather. Each product page includes specific material details for that design.

How do I choose the right size? We recommend checking the size chart on each product page before ordering. Our shirts generally run true to size, but if you're between sizes and prefer a relaxed fit, size up. If you're unsure, email us and we'll help.

Will the colors look the same as on screen? We do our best to represent colors accurately. Minor variations can occur depending on your screen settings, but we maintain high print quality standards on every order.

Do you restock sold-out designs? Some designs are limited runs and may not return. We regularly release new designs, so check back often or follow us on social media to stay updated.


📦 SHIPPING

Do you ship internationally? Yes, we ship worldwide. All orders are delivered via DHL, USPS, or UPS depending on your location.

How long does shipping take? Processing time is 2–5 business days before your order ships. After that, delivery typically takes 15–20 business days. Orders placed on weekends ship the following Monday.

When will I receive my tracking number? You'll receive tracking information within 5–7 days after placing your order. Use our Order Tracking page anytime to check your status.

My tracking hasn't updated in several days. What should I do? International tracking can sometimes pause for a few days while in customs. If there's no update after 7 days, contact us at support@chrisraw.com and we'll look into it for you.


🔄 RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return and exchange window from the date you receive your order. Items must be unworn and in original condition.

How do I start a return or exchange? Email support@chrisraw.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the process and make it as easy as possible.

What if my item arrived damaged or incorrect? We're sorry if that happened — it shouldn't. Email us right away with a photo of the item and your order number. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, no questions asked.
