Reporting Infringing Content

If you believe that any content on chrisraw.com infringes your intellectual property rights, please submit a written notice to us containing all of the following:

1. Your contact information — Full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work — A description of the original work you claim has been infringed.
3. Identification of the infringing material — A description of the material you claim is infringing and the specific URL(s) where it is located on our site.
4. Proof of ownership — Documentation or other evidence that you own or are authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder.
5. Good faith statement — A declaration that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. Accuracy statement — A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

We will review all valid DMCA notices and take appropriate action, including removal of the infringing content, within a reasonable timeframe.

Counter-Notice

If content you posted on our site has been removed following a DMCA notice and you believe the removal was made in error, you may submit a counter-notice containing:

1. Your contact information — Full name, mailing address, phone number, and physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of removed material — A description of the removed content and its former location on our site.
3. Statement of good faith — A declaration, under penalty of perjury, that you believe the content was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
4. Consent to jurisdiction — A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district, or if outside the US, an appropriate judicial authority.

Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the original complainant. If no legal action is filed within 10–14 business days, we may restore the removed content at our discretion.

Protecting Our Own Intellectual Property

All original designs, artwork, graphics, and content on chrisraw.com are the exclusive property of Chrisraw LLC and are protected under US and international copyright law.

If you discover our designs being copied, sold, or used without authorization on any platform or website, we encourage you to report it to us at support@chrisraw.com. We actively monitor and pursue unauthorized use of our intellectual property.

Repeat infringers will be permanently banned from our platform.
